Mission Australia Youth Survey

Mission Australia Youth Survey

The Mission Australia annual youth survey is on again.

Each year tens of thousands of young people participate in Mission Australia's National Survey of Young Australians, the largest survey of its kind in Australia.

Young Australians aged 11-24 are asked about what they value, where they turn for advice and support, what issues concern them, how they are involved with their community and their feelings about their future.  By having their say, young people are helping to inform government, schools and other institutions and communities about their wellbeing, hopes and attitudes.

Mission Australia publishes a comprehensive report on the national and state or territory results. Given the scope of the survey, these reports are keenly anticipated by government, community organisations, schools and the media.

The 2011 National Survey of Young Australians closes on Friday 1 July 2011 (in all states and the ACT) and on Friday 29 July in the NT.

This is your chance to say what is important to you and to help set the youth agenda.

Go to the Mission Australia website to complete the survey.
