The Australian Training Awards are the peak, national awards for the vocational education and training (VET) sector, recognising and rewarding organisations and individuals for their outstanding contribution to skilling Australia. A majority of the awards presented at the Australian Training Awards are the culmination of the state and territory training awards with winners from each state and territory eligible to compete at the national finals. There are also awards available as direct entry to the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations such as the Employer of the Year Award*, the International Training Provider of the Year Award** and the Lifetime Achievement Award.

Young Worker Toolkit now available

The Young Worker Toolkit is part of the Australian Government’s commitment to promote fairness for and information to young people to help them make a positive transition into work.

The Toolkit is a web based resource, optimised for smartphones, which helps young people find answers to common questions about how workplace relations laws apply to them. Visit the Young Worker Toolkit website.
