Sponsored by the Australian Government, including the Australian Youth Forum, 2011 marks the fourteenth year of Heywire, an initiative of the ABC that provides a platform for the stories, aspirations and ideas of regional youth.
Heywire is a competition calling on young people aged 16-22 to submit stories in text, pictures, film or audio, about life in Australia outside the major cities.
