Online Community Youth Spaces

The Government’s vision is for all young Australian’s to grow up safely, healthy, happy and resilient and to have opportunities and skills they need to learn, work, engage in community life and influence decisions that affect them.

The Online Community Youth Spaces will be an annual initiative for young people across Australia to create and manage their own online community websites.

Each winning entry will receive a website package allowing them to design and host a website and include additional funds for training and resources.

The Office for Youth will be calling for proposals for the Online Community Youth Spaces in early 2010.
