Overseas Students Ombudsman
The Overseas Students Ombudsman (OSO) can support international students.
The OSO investigates complaints about private education providers in Australia.
Any international student can make a complaint to the OSO and it’s free.
You can make a complaint about things like:
- refusing admission to a course
- cancelled courses
- fees
- accommodation or work arranged by your provider.
