Overseas Students Ombudsman

The Overseas Students Ombudsman (OSO) can support international students.

The OSO investigates complaints about private education providers in Australia.

Any international student can make a complaint to the OSO and it’s free.

You can make a complaint about things like:

  • refusing admission to a course
  • cancelled courses
  • fees
  • accommodation or work arranged by your provider.
